Through this initiative, TAMISEMI endeavors to expand access to education, cater to diverse learning needs, and promote inclusivity in Tanzania’s educational landscape.
How to Register for TAMISEMI Selform
- First, visit the website: https://selform.tamisemi.go.tz/CandidateRegistration/
- Enter your Index number example: SXXXX/XXXX/XXXX
- Click verify
- Go back to the Login webpage
Login to TAMISEMI Self form
- Enter your Index number
- Enter your Password
- Click Login

After create account and login now you’re required to change the combination, follow the steps below:
- Enter your personal details
- Click on Alternative options
- Select the combination and college that you want
- Click save & next button
